- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We had a terrible experience with KFCU from the beginning. When we tried to open our accounts, the associate was not knowledgeable on all of the products and services offered. After we opened the accounts, we learned of some "limitations" of the services that the associate didn't tell us about. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone today was rude and not helpful. We are closing our accounts and switching banks. This place is not worth the trouble.By Jennifer Haight, June 17, 2017
